Owldesignit LLC ensures the quality of all products before they are shipped , but please contact us within 3 business days if your product(s) arrives to you damaged.

Turnaround times quoted in the product descriptions include production and shipping, but is only an estimate. The postal service is still experiencing delays so please plan ahead.

REFUNDS/RETURNS

 

Most or our products are custom made specifically for you and cannot be resold to anyone else. For this reason, we do not accept returns and we also do not give refunds. Any error made on our behalf will be corrected if you reach out to customer support email natalie@owldesignit.com. Please double check any customization notes before sending them in because we use that information for your design. We will not be liable if you do not check the spelling on anything before submitting. Again, we are a custom business and people get really creative with the way they want things spelled so we will not alter your customization notes. Thank you for your understanding.
