Hand wash glasses with cloth or sponge. Do not use anything harsh in texture like a scrubber. Do not dish wash or microwave your glass.
There are NO REFUNDS on custom products because we can not restock those items, but you can return your item and we will fix any error that we made.
Be sure to spellcheck and double check the notations you send in for your custom order because that is what we will use to design your product(s). We will not be held liable for errors made on customer's behalf.
Example- If you misspell your own name and don't correct it before you send it to us, we can not be responsible for that. PLEASE PROOFREAD BEFORE SENDING IN YOUR REQUEST.
